职位描述/要求： JOB FUNCTION职位功能?要求1. Assist PM engineer for the PM work of the site. 协助维护工程师完成设备保养工作。2. Ensure complete all the work timely, meet KPI, do CM if needed. 确保保养工作按时完成，适时进行改善性维护。3. Report to PM engineer if need renew equipment. Need do ROI (return of investment). 协助维护工程师完成设备更新、改进等工作。4. Ensure all the project meet EHS requirement and timely delivery. Do COBQ (cost of bad quality) track if need. 确保所有项目符合公司环境、健康、安全的要求。5. In charge the 5s of equipment. 负责设备本体的清洁工作。6. Attend the analysis meeting of equipment failure/ accident, put forward correction proposal and standardize measure. 参与设备故障、事故的调查，改进等工作。7. Responsible for bidding / renew of maintenance contract , supervise the service quality of contactor. 负责设备保养外部服务商的现场管理，监督供应商的服务质量。8. Finish other works arranged by PM engineer. 完成维护工程师安排的其他工作。要求Requires:1. Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems.
