职位描述/要求： Responsibilities:Build leadership pipeline to meet our growth plan in China. Prime target is for plant manager, hence candidate who has experience in production and manufacturing management, however, also consider in other operations associated functions to start with such as Supply Chain management, Engineering. Process, Quality, safety management, who has potential to grow become Plant Manager role. Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other engineering disciplines. Minimum 10 years working experience in a multinational company with sophisticated production environment;Minimum 5 years professional working experience in operation related managerial position, with successful milestone to be traced; exposed to High Hazardous Process (HHP) operations environment.Good at visual/people management and have strong belief of "doing the basics right";Excellent communication skills and may communicate well with various levels of people;Strong leadership and target-driven management; Building organization, people development.Familiarity with application of Lean and Six-Sigma Tools would be a great plus.Able to translate strategic directives into action plans; Good in execution diligently.Capable of making rational decision in a complex business environment, both external and internal;With no major obstacles for mobility/ relocation.
