职位描述/要求：职位编号： RH8100/03/01工作地点：深圳、北京、上海专业要求：建筑学工作方式：全职任职要求：1. 重点大学建筑学专业毕业，本科及以上学历；2. 较强的方案构思及表现能力，熟练掌握电脑绘图软件或有较强的手绘能力，能独立完成方案；3. 八年以上建筑设计经验，能独立承担项目,在酒店、写字楼、大型商业中心等公用建筑项目中具有丰富经验；4. 有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。Ref no. Familiar with national design code and standard;5. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills6. Well-versed in Auto CAD applications
