职位描述和人才要求:职位描述/要求: Accountability Objective:To be responsible for day-to-day management of Guangzhou Office concerning sales and sales management activities in Guangzhou District.Subordinate;Sales representatives, administration assistant and OTC Reps of Guangzhou Office.Key Responsibility;1、Be responsible for achieving or exceeding the sales and profit objectives in Guangzhou within the expense budget;2、Apply the overall sales targets to the individual sales target for the sales force and ensure profitable sales coverage of Guangzhou District;3、To develop sales plans for new and existing product including planning and conducting weekly/monthly sales meetings;4、To manage and develop the sales force professionally and personally in order to ernsure that targets are met and a consistent and reliable interface interface with our customers prevails;5、To develop and maintain an effective distributor network and ensure timely payments payable to Coloplast Beijing;6、To contribute with market response to product development to ensure competitive quality products for the Chinese market;7、To plan for short and long term manpower needs including recruiting,promoting and terminating sales personnel;8、Responsible for building and maintaining good relation to key players and accounts;9、Ensure sound management of sales office and operations in relation to expense budgets, inventory,order entry,special pricing,IT and customer service;10、Plan and coordinate continuous product and sales training of sales force;11、Supervise, evaluate, appraise, support and motivate sales force to ensure that sales targets are met and good employees are developed and retained;12、Ensure good working conditions for sales force including availability and sharing of information between team members;13、To ensure frequent and precise communication with Regional Manager and colleagues in order to maintain a team appraoch to meeting the company objectives;14、To supervise and manage the customer service and complaints handling of xx office in line with the instructions of marketing department of Coloplast Beijing;15、To supervise and manage the OTC outlets including planning and conducting patient activities;16、To manage the collection of patient information and registration;17、Monthly/quarterly analysis of sales development with suggestions for improvements.Key Requirements;1、University degree, medical or nursing background preffered.2、At least 3 years of clinical sales experience in Guangzhou hospitals, in which at least 1 year at managerial level in multinational company, medical device industry prefferred.3、Good leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills.4、Ability to work under sales pressure.5、Good communication skill.6、Good command of MS software.7、Basic English
