职位描述和人才要求：
职位描述/要求： Responsibilities:－ Support Manager to do quality control of all suppliers;－ Support Manager to formulate related products' quality & function standard for all suppliers in accordance with the quality requirement from HQ;－ Support to examine suppliers' process engineering;－ Support to supervise all the suppliers on products testing equipment, processing, testing data analysis, etc.;－ Help Purchasing Dept. with suppliers' development and evaluation;－ Provide necessary training to Purchasing Dept. to satisfy the work requirement;－ Support Manager on other related work, include an interpreter / translator.－ Workplace: QingpuRequirements:－ Bachelor or above degree, mechanics or related education background;－ At least 5 years' QA control working experience in Machinery manufactory field;－ Working experience with QA control on suppliers, working experience in European factory has priority－ Fluent English communication skills, include listening, speaking, reading and writing;－ Have knowledge and experience on 3D testing instruments;－ Excellent Office software skills, can work under pressure, enthusiasm and team-work spirit;－ Honest, stable, Qingpu or nearby residents are preferred.工作职责：－协助经理对供应商进行质量管理；－根据瑞士总部的产品质量要求，协助经理为供应商制定产品性能质量标准；－协助经理进行供应商的工艺过程审核；－协助经理对供应商的产品测试设备、过程及测试数据分析进行监督；－协助采购部门开发及评估供应商；－培训采购部员工以满足工作要求；－协助经理的其他工作、必要时作陪同翻译。－工作地点: 青浦教育背景及要求：－大学本科及以上学历，机械或机电等相关教育背景，－至少5年以上机械制造工程或设计类工作经验；－从事过供应商质量管理控制及相关OC/QA工作应验，有欧洲企业工作经验者优先；－英文听说读写流利，可承担压力，有工作热情，富团队精神；－具有3D测试仪器使用的知识和经验；－能熟练运用Office软件，为人诚恳踏实；－居住在青浦或附近的应聘者优先考虑。
